Having won over 200 jury trials, Mr. Hamburger has been considered one of the best attorneys in the country by numerous judges.

People vs. M. Brown.  - 10 year felony. All charges dismissed.

People vs. Mr. Peuge - 10 year felony. All charges dismissed.

Weissman vs. Wayne County -  County offered $670,000, plaintiff awarded $5,000,000.

Ralph Johnson vs. Wayne County - Mediation evaluation offer $1,200,000.  Jury awarded plaintiff $6,000,000.  Verdict upheld by Michigan Supreme Court with additional $150,000 in sanctions awarded to Attorney Hamburger.

Hamburger vs. Henry Ford Hospital - Mediation offer $9,000.  Jury awarded $400,000.  Largest verdict at that time for the 36th district court in Detroit.
